Hello Rafael,

Just follow below steps and uninstall point of sale from your QuickBooks:

Note: Create a backup before uninstalling Point of Sale.

Steps:

  1. Save any files you may have open and then exit all programs.
  2. Press Windows logo+R to open the Run command.
  3. Enter Control Panel and click OK.
  4. Click the View by dropdown and select Small icons.
  5. Click Programs and Features.
  6. Right-click QuickBooks Point of Sale XX, and select Uninstall
    Note: Here XX represents the version of your QuickBooks Point of Sale for Desktop.
  7. If a User Account Control window is displayed, click Continue and follow through the program removal.
  8. After the uninstall process, rename the QuickBooks Point of Sale XX folder (the default location is C:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks Point of Sale XX).
  9. Rename the C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks Point of Sale XX folder.
  10. Rename the QBPOSDBSrvUser folder located in C:\Users.
  11. Remove the QBPOSDBSrvUser Windows login:
    1. On your keyboard, press Windows logo+R to open the Run command.
    2. Click User Accounts
    3. Click Manage another account and click Continue on the User Account Control window
    4. Select QBPOSDBSrvUser and click Delete the account.
    5. Confirm the delssssetion and then close all open windows.
  12. Restart the computer.
